US Domestic shipping
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. JCCshops.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
With each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 4-5 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Additional production and shipping delays may occur due to restrictions due to the pandemic.
Please note that paying for expedited shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day.
All domestic orders require a signature upon delivery.
Orders placed Monday - Friday have processing time of 1-2 business days and then will ship 2-3 business days (in addition to the processing time).
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12pm PST will start proccessing the next business day and then will ship 2-3 business days (in addition to the proccessing time).
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST or over the weekend will start processing on the following Monday.
The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. If you need your order by a specific date please email jcollectionc@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee an expedited speed.
We insure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.
JCCshops.com does not process/ship orders on weekends or observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

We do our best to ship all orders 2-3 days in addition to the 1-2 processing time excluding weekends and the above listed holidays. All rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping and duty costs.
We cannot guarantee arrival dates of International orders due to the rigorous customs process that some orders incur.
Returns
Return Policy
All sales on JCCshops.com are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us jcollectionc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 1 business day.
Purchases from an outside retailer cannot be returned or exchanged on JCCshops.com, you must bring the item to the retailer it was purchased at. JCCshops.com is only responsible for items purchased directly from our website.

To check the status of your order please email jcollectionc@gmail.com. Please include your order number and we will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
Repairs
Repair Policy
For repair inquiries on items purchased directly from JC Collection (jcollectionc.com), please email jcollectionc@gmail.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will send you next steps and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will update you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
